Levy UK Launches its Bold New Vision
Levy UK has unveiled its new brand vision, leading the way for the catering industry and giving food its rightful place on the agenda. A fresh new perspective has been outlined by the business based on four purposeful values all of which underpin its commitment to creating legendary experiences.
• Fantastic Food & Drink. Using sustainably sourced and top quality British and international produce, our dynamic chefs create truly innovative menus comprised of great tasting dishes. If we aren't proud of a dish, we won't serve it. If a garnish isn't adding value to the flavour profile, we won’t add it.
• Nice People. Our people work at incredible venues and they do it with a smile on their faces, in return we ask our teams to care for one another and put the guest first. We’re also committed to developing and nurturing our talent and recognising their many successes.
• Powerful Partnerships. We build trusting relationships with ethical and innovative partners. Working with the greatest venues and events around the world to create shared visions that can be achieved together.

This enriched identity is accompanied by a new website www.levy.co.uk which tells the story behind Levy UK’s business values and ethos.

Our new purposeful intent will allow us to provide healthier, great tasting food as well as combating food waste and reducing our impact on the environment.”
Levy UK’s commitment to sustainable and ethical practices will see the business use predominantly British seasonal produce. Twenty-five per cent of all menus will now be plant-based, vegan or vegetarian.
Levy UK has proven its ability to remain at the cutting edge of our industry – in the past year delivering food and drink projects which have commanded global attention. Such projects include: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the East Stand at Twickenham Stadium and a live entertainment refresh at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro. This approach has resulted in a series of partnerships flourishing under the new Levy way, with catering contracts recently extended and won at Chelsea FC, Wolves and Leicester Tigers
