The partnership between ExCeL London and Levy is responsible for driving the long term food and drink strategy; delivering catering for conferences, events, hospitality and retail sales.
The completion of an 18 month multi-million pound redevelopment project of restaurants and retail outlets helped underline ExCeL London’s reputation as the home of world leading events.
At peak times a team of over 1,000 work across operations and on occasions the chefs will serve over 200,000 portions of food over 12 continuous days.
