Mental health + wellbeing
Our ambition is to promote and support the mental health and wellbeing of our colleagues. We want to create positive working environments which support employee wellbeing, create a culture of openness and acceptance around mental health.
Our employees have access to our YouMatter portal which holds resources, toolkits, webinars and information around mental health and wellbeing. We have also created a mental health training module for our line manager to help further educate our employees around these topics and to help them support their teams.
