The Pride in Food Network
The Pride in Food network aims to support and celebrate our LGBTQ+ community. We work closely with our supply chains, partners and customers to share best practice around supporting the LGBTQ+ community. We have also been a key partner with Pride London by delivering large parts of the hospitality for several years and hope to continue and expand our work together in the future.

Objectives
- Respect - develop and deliver awareness training for colleagues allowing all employees to be themselves at work.
- Teamwork - hold events, campaigns and initiatives to promote equality across the organisation, incorporating our values contained within our social mobility pledge.
- Growth - drive awareness internally and externally of career and development opportunities in an inclusive culture.
